A great commercial that combines live action with 3D animation and 2D elements, many of which are hand drawn and the 3D scenes were made to match this hand drawn look.
Shots were combined using tracking to insert our 3D models into the live action scenes.
The commercial also heavily relies on compositing to blend together different techniques and to add a high level of detail to every shot.
We were tasked to model and render buildings and other elements to be used by Th1ng compositors.
